IT Human Resources plc is a £9m+ turnover Virgin Atlantic Fasttrack 100 listed specialist IT Recruitment and Consulting company based in Leicester Square requiring a hands on Financial Controller and Administration Manager. Reporting directly to the Managing Director (both operationally and strategically with direct input/advice/guidance to the Board) you will also have responsibility for two office/payroll administrators, a qualified management accountant and a part time credit controller operating in a dynamic and challenging sales environment. Working across two trading Companies that operate globally and multi currency this is very much a “hands on role” and requires a proactive approach and involvement with business processes coupled with an astute “good practice” approach to accounting.
As well as ensuring the smooth running of a small, but busy, sales office you and your team will be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts using Sage Line 50 and Sage Intelligent Reporting, provide monthly performance reports for the Board, preparation of the employee payroll using Sage (including all statutory filings and year end accounting), cash management, budgeting and forecasting, improvements to the company's accounting systems and overseeing year end statutory audit(s) and Companies House filings. Able to work independently you will additionally possess broad UK and International (mainly European) commercial knowledge and business experience, possess staff supervisory skills and be an expert in financial accounting and reporting (Sage and excel a pre-requisite) software applications. Knowledge of EMI employee share option scheme administration and compliance would be a distinct advantage as would previous experience in the recruitment or consulting sectors.

Sales Managers – UK and City / Financial Sales Divisions:
Minimum 4 years experience with at least one year managing a successful billing team, with a proven track record of success and team growth. “Hands On” billing/management role focussing on the general UK or “City / Financial” markets.
Graduate Calibre Consultants:
Cross train from other sales / recruitment fields / industries.
Account Managers / Resource Managers – Major Accounts Division:
Account managers or Resourcers with a minimum 1 years experience and a proven track record in resource delivery or recruitment campaign delivery to major Clients.
Senior and Principal IT Contract/Recruitment Consultants – International Sales Division:
Bi-lingual or Multi-lingual consultants with a minimum 2 years experience and a proven track record of recruitment sales success - All technical disciplines, any International market.
Graduate Calibre Trainee Consultants – International Sales Division:
Bi-lingual or multi-lingual with a Minimum 1 year's B2B sales experience.
