Senior & Principal IT Contract Consultants: - UK Sales Divisions:
Minimum 2 years experience and a proven contract sales track record - All technical disciplines.
Senior & Principal IT Recruitment Consultants: - UK Sales Divisions:
Minimum 2 years experience and a proven recruitment track record - All technical disciplines.
Sales Managers – UK and City / Financial Sales Divisions:
Minimum 4 years experience with at least one year managing a successful billing team, with a proven track record of success and team growth. “Hands On” billing/management role focussing on the general UK or “City / Financial” markets.
Graduate Calibre Consultants:
Cross train from other sales / recruitment fields / industries.
Account Managers / Resource Managers – Major Accounts Division:
Account managers or Resourcers with a minimum 1 years experience and a proven track record in resource delivery or recruitment campaign delivery to major Clients.
Senior and Principal IT Contract/Recruitment Consultants – International Sales Division:
Bi-lingual or Multi-lingual consultants with a minimum 2 years experience and a proven track record of recruitment sales success - All technical disciplines, any International market.
Graduate Calibre Trainee Consultants – International Sales Division:
Bi-lingual or multi-lingual with a Minimum 1 year's B2B sales experience.
